Sometimes cancellations are not free

Cancellations Explained

We will hold the car for 25 minutes and then call the passenger. If contact is made, we will follow passenger instructions and account policy. If no contact is made, we will hold the car for an additional 5 minutes and then give a no show to the driver.

We will hold the car 25 minutes from time of dispatch.

Guaranteed wait may be arranged at any time by calling Elite or on your App.

Cars are held for 30 minutes after conclusion of event at a stadium or arena.

1)
If 2 Sedans are requested by the customer and one Sedan and one SUV is sent, should all passengers get in the SUV the Sedan will be charged as a billable cancellation/no-show and SUV will be billed at SUV rate.
2)
If a regular vehicle is requested by the passenger but more than 4 passengers get into a vehicle, price will be charged according to SUV rates.
