When you’ve got checked baggage, we recommend utilizing our ‘DELAYED DISPATCH OPTION’ at LGA, JFK, and EWR.

DELAYED DISPATCH OPTION:
You can delay the dispatch of your car from 10 to 60 minutes after touchdown based on your preference.

     The vehicle will not be dispatched until you touch down, and you can ring us at 1-800-472-1123 from the terminal upon arrival.
  • 3.
     If you’ve checked baggage, kindly wait until you’ve retrieved your luggage before making the call.

     Dispatch will provide a vehicle ID, with a 5–10-minute ETA, and direct you to the designated terminal pickup area. This choice minimizes wait time, offering efficiency and convenience.

     Enjoy a 30-minute complimentary wait period starting from the dispatch time.
  • 1.
     Given today’s airport congestion and potential tarmac delays, we advise waiting until your flight has landed and is assigned a gate to avoid any wait time charges. Afterward, please contact Elite at 1-800-472-1123 or use the Elite Mobile App.
