Airport Pick-up Policies

Elite Limousine Plus is pleased to offer four airport pick-up options. Each provides different solutions to suit individual needs. We prefer you choose Option A: Arrange, Arrive & Call. It gives you our best service and keeps your costs down. But the choice is yours. Tell our reservation agent which you option you prefer. We'll do the rest.

Option A: Arrange, Arrive & Call
Place standby reservation in advance. Car not dispatched until you've landed and called 1-800-472-1123 from the terminal. We will give you a car number, a five minute or less ETA, and direct you to a designated pick-up spot outside the terminal. No waiting time charges if you go directly to car.

Option B: Be quick! I'm here
No reservation necessary. As soon as you've landed, call us from the terminal at 1-800-472-1123. We will assign you a car number, a 10 minute or less ETA, and direct you to a designated pick-up spot outside the terminal. No waiting time charges if you go directly to car.

C. Car waiting, curbside
Place advance reservation and confirm outside terminal pick-up location. We will update arrival time with airline and dispatch car to meet you. Upon landing, you may go directly to the designated pick-up spot without calling the dispatch office. However, we suggest confirming the car number before leaving terminal by calling 1-800-472-1123. Waiting time is chargeable if flight is delayed beyond updated time posted by airline.

D. Driver waiting inside
Place advance reservation. We will confirm inside pick up & update arrival time with airline. Car will be dispatched 30 minutes in advance of updated time to give driver sufficient time to park. He will be waiting at the baggage claim area* with Elite & passenger name sign. The meet and greet surchages is $24 which includes the first 30 minutes of waiting time after flight arrival, parking is additional.  

The fine print
We will verify all arrival times directly with your airline, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of airline-provided information. If a plane arrives earlier than scheduled, passenger must call Elite to advise. Standard Elite waiting time policy applies on all pickups. Cars will be held 30 minutes for domestic flights, 60 minutes for international flights past updated arrival time. No-show charges will be applied if pick-up is not made at that time unless you have notified us that you wish the car held longer than standard waiting time. If you cannot find your car, you must call us. Passengers leaving without calling will be charged a no-show. Minimum no-show charges are: Options A, B & C: $12 domestic, $24 international. Option D: $22 domestic, $34 international.

*Newark domestic inside pick up is at designated limousine pick-up area.
