RECOMMENDED AIRPORT POLICY FOR ALL CLIENTS AT JFK, EWR AND LGA AIRPORTS

Elite Limousine Plus offers four airport pick up options. Each provides different solutions to suit individual needs. Elite recommends that whenever possible you choose option A: arrange, arrive & call, also known as a Standby Reservation. It provides the best service while minimizing passenger costs. With our GPS fleet management tool, vehicles to be eligible for dispatch must be satellite recognized inside a 1.5 mile diameter from airport center. We guarantee that the car will pull-up in 5-7 minutes to the outside pick-up point once dispatched. Or the ride is for free.* (Verification based on GPS records available on www.eliteny.com)

Arrange, arrive & call - outside, standby - Place standby reservation in advance. Car will not be dispatched until you have landed and have called 1-800-472-1123 from the arrival terminal. We will give you a car number, five-seven minute or less ETA and direct you to a designated pick-up spot outside the terminal. No parking charges nor Meet & Greet charges and no waiting time charges if you go directly to car.

A car will be assigned with an ETA of 15 minutes or less and you will be directed to the designated terminal pick-up location. No waiting time charges if you go directly to waiting vehicle

Car waiting, curbside - outside reservation - Place advance reservation and confirm outside terminal pick-up location. We will update arrival time and dispatch car to match. Upon landing, you may go directly to designated pick-up location without calling the dispatch office. We suggest confirming car no. before leaving terminal. Waiting time is chargeable if flight is delayed beyond updated time posted by airline.

Driver waiting inside - inside reservation - Place advance reservation. We will confirm inside pick up and update arrival time with airline. A vehicle will be dispatched 30 minutes in advance of updated time to give driver sufficient time to park. He will be waiting at the ground transportation counter with Elite & passenger name sign. Meet & Greet, parking, and waiting time after the 1st 30 minutes is billable. The standard charge for Meet & Greet service, which includes the 1st 30 minutes of waiting time after ETA is $24.

   

Every airport reservation is manually flight checked by an Elite operator with the airline 30 minutes prior to ETA. Dispatch times are adjusted with delays in flight ETA. However with the excess traffic at the area airports, after landing planes often wait on the runway for an open terminal slot. This information is not made available and wait time incurred is billable to the client.

   

Travelers note: In the event of major weather delays or catastrophic conditions, where no flight arrival time is posted by the airline, all airport reservations are switched to Standby. As standard procedure, all travelers should be provided with our toll-free number to announce they have finally arrived.
