New For Year 2000: Airport Concierge Service

Effective Monday April 17, 2000,  LaGuardia Airport became the first of the major metropolitan airports to be converted by Elite Limousine Plus to the newest concept in airport ground transportation, Airport Concierge Service,  Uniformed concierge personnel are stationed at each airport terminal to service all incoming flight reservations. The Concierge fee is $15 per vehicle.

By the Fall of 2000 both Newark and JFK airports will  be converted to Concierge Service.

 Benefits of the concierge service:

• ELIMINATION of all billable waiting time.
• ELIMINATION of all airport no shows.  
• ELIMINATION of both the $10 inside meet & greet and $4 parking charges.
• GUARANTEE that passengers are on their way within 10 minutes.

PROCEDURES FOR LGA AIRPORT:

• All airport pickups, without exceptions, will be serviced through the Airport Concierge Service.
• We recommend that reservations be placed in advance.  To adhere to the Port Authority mandate against solicitation, passengers without prior reservations may call toll-free 800-472-1123 for immediate service upon arrival.
• Uniformed, easily identifiable greeters are positioned in each terminal at the following checkpoints:

  US Air Shuttle                                                  At the Elite service desk next to the security exit gate.

• Upon arrival Elite passengers check in with the Concierge personnel.
• As passengers become ready to depart the terminal, the Concierge signals the next sedan to be sent from the LaGuardia holding area to the designated pickup point outside the terminal. 
• The Concierge escorts the passenger(s) to their car and assists in loading any luggage.
